Netbackup does not have the service BPRD operating.(Error 25)

Environment

NBU OS = Win2003 R2
NBU = 6.5.4

Error facing

In the below picture you can see the three services are not being run but after applying the below “Resolution” my three services are started in the same snap

Resolution

I add the below lines in the C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\services

bprd 13720/tcp
bpdbm 13721/tcp
bpcd 13782/tcp
vmd 13701/tcp
vopied 13783/tcp
